Registration Fee

Participants to the SSPA 2010 can choose between two registration packages: an All Inclusive Registration or a Basic Registration.

- The All inclusive registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, all meals, coffee, the final program, the abstract book, and 3 nights accommodation (13-16 June 2010) in a double/twin room at a three-star hotel located at a walking distance from the SSPA 2010 venue.
Registration fee also includes attendance at the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception and at the social dinner on June 15, 2010.

- The Basic registration fee includes attendance at the Opening Ceremony and all scientific sessions, the Welcome Reception, all coffee breaks and meals, the social dinner, the final program, and the abstract book. Accommodation is not included in the basic registration fee. Please see Accommodation page to find close hotels.

Maximim number of participants is 80.

All participants will be provided with a personal code for internet access by their own computer (wi-fi access).

Registration policy and fees
Deadline for the early registration is April 12, 2010 (postponed to April 20, 2010). Provided that maximum number (80 participants) is not reached, registrations will be accepted until May 30, 2010. After this date, please register on-site.

Processing and Publication of Personal Data. The personal information we receive from participants will also be required after the Symposium for statistical purposes and for the dispatch of information on relevant symposia in the future. If you do not wish your personal data to be published or distributed, please inform us when you register for the summer school.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the SSPA 2010 Secretariat (e-mail).
The policy regarding refund of the registration fee and booked events is as follows: for cancellations received before May 1, 2010, there will not be any cancellation charge, for cancellations received after May 16 and before May 30, 2010, there will be a cancellation charge of Euro 100. After May 30, 2010 no refunds will be made.

Please ensure that the name and company/University of each delegate is printed clearly to ensure that the payment will be correctly registered. Proof of Payment must be submitted by fax to +39 (0)51 2099741 at the time of registration.

Insurance
The Organizing Committee cannot accept any liability. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

ACCOMMODATION
