Accommodation
Rooms
have been pre-booked in three star hotels located at walking distance
from the 13th SCPA venue intended for participant that have chosen
an “All Inclusive Registration”. Location of booked
hotels can be mapped here.
Early booking is strongly recommended.
Participant
that would prefer to book their own accommodation can choose a
"Basic Registration" and book an hotel of their choice.
ACCOMPANYING
PERSONS AND EXTRA NIGHT ACCOMODATION
For
participants to the 13th SCPA that have chosen an "all inclusive
registration" formula, it is possible to to book extra nights
accomodation at the same 3-star hotel through the symposium secretariat.
Prices
for extra night are 44 euro/a day for a single
room and 66 euro/a day for a double/twin room
(breakfast included).
Accompanying
person accomodation is not included in the participant "all
inclusive" registration fee. The accomodation fee for the
accompanying person in a double room is 100 euro and
includes 3 nights and breakfasts in the same 3-star hotel.
